This new modern farmhouse is situated on a corner lot and has gorgeous mountain views from the top floor. It was a labour of love with every inch thoughtfully designed and maximized. Its owners, a family of 5 including a dog, had their visions and needs met in every way possible.
The main floor is filled with light and unique features such as a windows in between both runs of stairs, an arched doorway from the foyer to the main living area, plenty of storage in the foyer and office and a high-end kitchen and powder room with porcelain slabs as countertops, waterfalls and backsplash as well as state of the art appliances.
Everything is otherwise understated like the drywall finish hood fan and fireplace to fit in the modern minimalistic style of this family. The palette is soft with light white oak floors, white walls, light grey floor tiles and white wall tiles in various patterns throughout. A glass railing with white oak connects the 3 floors in a seamless and elegant way.
The top floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including an en-suite and the basement is composed of a laundry room, an expansive gym, playroom with a crafting station, rec. room and bathroom with infrared sauna.
Needless to say that this house was the perfect pandemic retreat but will also be an entertainment heaven when the time comes!
